2. We review the submission and may contact you by phone, email, or SMS (if you opted in).
3. If we are interested, we may present a preliminary, non-binding cash offer.
4. Any offer is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase and sale agreement. You are under no obligation to accept any offer.

4. No Obligation

Submitting a property inquiry does not obligate you to sell, and it does not obligate us to buy. Either party may decline to proceed for any reason. There is no fee for requesting an offer.

5. Communications and SMS

By submitting the contact form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide regarding your property inquiry. If you separately opt in to SMS messaging by checking the SMS consent box, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, cash offer follow-ups, and occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to cancel further SMS messages. 6. Your Responsibilities
